Going bananas!

It's supposed to be spring around here. But it's not. We've seriously had about 8 inches of snow today. It has been snowing ALL. DAY. LONG. So what else do you do in winter weather but bake? I had a couple of really ripe bananas, and went looking for a good recipe to use them in. I found it over at Mel's Kitchen Cafe. I am a recent Mel's convert, and very happily so. I've made several of her recipes recently, and none of them disappointed me. These banana bars were simply delicious!
