Review: Kodiak Cakes Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Baking Mix

If you see Kodiak Cakes Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie and Baking Mix at your local Costco, the answer is yes--you should buy it! Especially if you're a fan of Kodiak Cakes or pumpkin chocolate chip anything. *Note, this post is not sponsored by Kodiak Cakes. I simply tried it and love it, so I'm happily sharing what I think with you!*

The box contains three bags of baking mix, and each one can be used for bread, cookies or muffins. Libby baked up a dozen muffins using one bag of the mix, according to the directions on the package...except she may or may not have added a few extra semi-sweet chocolate chips. ;) After all, she is an eternal chocolate lover just like her mom.

As you can see, the muffins bake up nice and high, and better yet, they smell and taste delicious! I really appreciate having a "treat" that I can feel good about my whole family enjoying. Kodiak Cakes makes a variety of baking mixes, muffin mixes, and pancake mixes that are healthy and satisfying. Our favorites are Cinnamon Oat and Almond Poppy Seed. I use them to make Clean Simple Eats power balls, which are also a favorite around here. Kodiak Cakes is definitely worth a try!
